All products have a manufacturers guarantee. Should the guarantee information not be clear on any product, simply contact info@thetailoredlightingcompany.co.uk and we’ll be happy to give you the specific information. 

Yes – All prices listed are inclusive of VAT

We pride ourselves on price checking our products regularly to be very competitive. However, if you are considering placing an order for a large quantity of products then please contact us on info@thetailoredlightingcompany.co.uk

We endeavour to update our stock as frequently as possible, however in the event that you have ordered a product that is no longer in stock then we shall notify you off this immediately and provide you with an updated delivery date.

Paying for your order could not be easier. We accept all major debit and credit cards (without extra charges incurred), including Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Payment can also be made by BACS, or PayPal.

When you order online, you shall receive an order confirmation shortly after your payment has been processed. If you are concerned that we may not have received your order, simply contact info@thetailoredlightingcompany.co.uk

We recommend anywhere between 3 – 7 working days from receipt of order.

We deliver to all addresses on the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we do not deliver internationally.

Delivery cost is dependent on the weight of the goods you purchase. A delivery fee is calculated at checkout.

Yes – Once the order has been processed, you will receive a link from the courier to track your parcel.

Yes – should the manufacturer agree to the return of unwanted goods, you may be subject to handling charge. (Please refer to “Reporting Unwanted Goods” in the document attached below)

If you notice any damages to the packaging, then you have the right to refuse delivery. Note this to the delivery driver immediately. Where damage of the packaging has been noted, and you have refused delivery, you must inform us in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide a basic inspection of the goods as soon as possible following delivery and report any faults within 48 hours of delivery in writing by email to info@thetailoredlightingcompany.co.uk

If a fault, breakage, damage or shortage is discovered upon checking the item after delivery please do not fit the goods. (Please refer to “Faulty Goods” in the document attached below)
